2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on the v13r platform. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid payment method. v13r reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
- Contact v13r customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
V13r uses SSL encryption to protect your personal data and financial transactions. However, we are not responsible for any loss arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account information.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
V13r users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt v13r's security systems.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
- Impersonating another individual or providing false information during registration.
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain — any winnings obtained through such means may be voided.
- Threatening, harassing, or violating the privacy of other users or staff.
V13r reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the v13r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including online banking, Boost, and Touch 'n Go. Users are responsible for ensuring that any payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method. Any failed deposits must be reported to v13r customer support within 24 hours. v13r is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once all applicable wagering (rollover) requirements have been met. Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name. v13r reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request for security and compliance purposes. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated in the platform's deposit and withdrawal section at the relevant time.
Promotions & Bonuses
All promotions and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements stated alongside each offer. Promotion abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of v13r's internal investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
